In earlier works by Roszak, such as Battle Royale, Matt was able to beat (At least in Speed) a Red mage, a Black Waltz, Yoko (?), Canti and a undead Super Sayian 3 (Possibly Son Goku). Should this be counted to his current stats or not?

I chose to not count any feats involving characters who did not originate from the EBF-verse. Mostly because the earlier games were more or less self insert fanfic..
That said, I know Matt has to have SOME speed feats, I just don't know what.

Again referencing back to Battle Royale, Matt was able to "Outdraw" a Mecha (Created by Roszak) before it could fire it's machine guns at Matt, despite the fact it had already scanned and readied itself to attack. Would that make Matt faster than a computer can process itself?
