Ngl I forgot Arale was on the DB verse page. Her Plot Manipulation stuff is probably gonna be restricted but it's still a big advantage for DB thats she's here.

Okay, so for starters it might not mean much due to Ki Sensing but everyone that isn't a human character is invisible and some of them even cause some forms of passive radiation type poisoning known as Redshifting that only a Legion can cure, not to mention the Legionis having a quite the diverse powerset in their own right due to having all the Legions along with the army of their cloned sibling each possessing their own Legions and then there's Noah who's basically untouchable without Akira deliberately nerfing it.

DB ki has pretty good npi being able to interact with abstract beings and void so they might be able to hurt Noah with Ki unless it's a layered intangibility.

ah, well, It depends on how fast it is and if it can overcome a regeneration that makes everything return to the initial point (Manga Zamasu), as well as they are not even made of matter to affect

Well, peeps like Zeno, Goku, and Hit have Interdimensional range with Ki while others have Low Multiversal range with their Ki blasts so they can probably bypass its dimensional intangibility.

I think Zeno will be useless, as his best hax, and more or less his only hax, would be restricted. But MUI users more or less dodge anything, that isn't hax
