Korra is from Season 3 and 4 it says so
- she uses all 4 elements in the combat
- Being a martial artist can held her own against army general and soliders such as Kuvira in hand to hand
- She can also use air flight in combat

She's likely more skilled, too (though surprisingly it's not as big as I thought it would be).

Alright.
Johnny is 59.43 tons, so he does have the advantages in AP, SS, and Dura, which is actually very detrimental for Korra, as the kid's one hell of a tank.
If we were to give Johnny his equipment, I'd recommend giving him his weaker ones.

You can go ahead and select a few weaker equipment maybe 2 or 3. Not going to give every weapon to him due to disadvantage cough cough unlike in some other fights.
