Master Hand vs. Bill Cipher

MH has some AP over Bill, but uses hax less IC and doesn't have NPI or regen. MH can kill Bill but only while getting creative, Bill lacks this disadvantage and has better survivability, so I vote him.

Master Hand via being able to one-shot Bill and Bill rarely using his hax (which is her edge over MH) in character.

Can MH even one-shot Bill? Lol the reasons he scales to 2 Low 2-C dudes are so convoluted we can't even word it in his profile.

Does MH have regen or anyway of resisting loltransmute?

bc if not Bill snaps his fingers and turns MH into a tapestry

Reality warping and duplication should be able to bypass Low-Godly but idk if MH uses that first.

Bill's low godly is kinda weird

IIRC it comes from his regenerating a physical body from his lower d projections(aka his mind)

Even if we use everything Master Hand has, Master Hand still loses hard.

Master Hand's duplication (Creates duplicates of Smash fighters for Horde battles, and an endless amount for Endless battles) is virtually nothing to Bill, as he could just snap his fingers like Thanos in Infinity War and all the Smash fighter duplicates would be transmuted into harmless objects, like he transformed a person into a chair, transformed a tree into a tentacle and a utility pole into disembodied leg, transformed six people into banners with a snap of his fingers, turned multiple people into statues, and turned Stanford into gold twice. Plus, Bill would counter the duplication by duplicating himself, as he briefly demonstrated in his battle against Shacktro.

"Reality Warping (Can recreate stages and bend the rules of the game to his will)"? Bill's been there, done that already. All his feats in the "Weirdmageddon" episodes are living proof of that.

So, Master Hand basically has no way of defeating Bill, while Bill has more ways of defeating Master Hand. Like he did with Mabelland and Mabel, Bill could just create Master Handland and BFR Master Hand there. Or disintegrate him, bypassing his durability. Or rip him apart via telekinesis. Or turn Master Hand insane by trapping him in his madness bubbles. There's possibly more ways that he can defeat Master Hand, but I'm too lazy to look even further.

So, yeah, Bill would rip Master Hand a new one.

MH can't really use duplication on Bill, that would be a nlf for his capabilities. On top of OoC.

@JooCipher He created a body for himself.

Master Hand really has no way to put Bill down due to Low-Godly regen, and comparing his own hax to Bill's he severely lacks it.

Stomp

Funny thing is, if MH were to have the prestigious position people used to claim he has he would be able to interact with Spirits, thus having NPI. That's where the whole "MH can make clones of his opponents to attack them" came from, but no one is going to bring that up as it would give him a valid lose here.

I think he meant Ness.

Nah but the top tiers would have to be my Original Mii swordfighter due to its sheer presence causing everyone to either become an ally or just rage quit.
