Absolutely gargantuan Watchdog man upgrade via Garou Scaling

Watchdog man should go from 7-B to at least 7-B, likely far higher
"at least" comes from having stomped Garou completely, and likely far higher comes from Q city being the most dangerous city in opm, making him likely stronger than he currently is
all this info is already on his profile so don't ask for scans

Garou is At most 7-B, the only reason Watchdog Man doesn’t have the At most is because of how badly he beat Garou. He doesn’t need an At least rating.

And Q-City being the most dangerous city actually doesn’t have any scans on his profile, so… provide scans and chapter number pls.

Maybe, but it's not really clear either way, and the few monsters we do see him fight are at least not wolf level anyways
and he also is implied to be hunting these monsters constantly, without actual rest, and is still able to take them out while visibly bored. At the very least it would be highly unreasonable to assume he doesn't at least fight demon levels, since other far less dangerous cities have been shown to get multiple demon level threats.

Stamina feat at best, as I said, even wolf/tiger level monsters completely outclass normal civilians and the police so Q City being "the most dangerous city in the world" just means that it has a lot of monsters and nothing else.

Garou's RE would have made him stronger than he was at the time of his "at most 7-B" scaling
also either way, he still scales above the speed since he blitzed him, and having your ass beat doesn't make your perception speed any lower

tank top master scales directly to genos
he fights watchdog man after hospitalizing master and the tank top team at once
grows stronger with RE
fights watchdog man and gets blitzed and AP stomped (by a suppressed watchdog man) and even refers to him as having great speed and power, if nothing else
he was also able to outspeed genos using the movements of watchdog man, for what that's worth

Chapter 20 states that Q-City is "a hot zone" / "the most dangerous in the whole country when it comes to the average number and level of Disasters"

Ah yes, due to this we can also say that the monsters were high in threat level
all threats at that point ranged from dragon to wolf, meaning that for it to be high then on average watchdog man had to have at least fought multiple demon levels, and on his own at that

skill would be combat ability
it says combat power, so it's best not to assume beyond that I'd think
similarly, combat speed would be considered speed, so why wouldn't combat power be power
