So i've been noticing some MAJOR errors within Till's profile as he's way weaker than what he should actually be.
I'll start over from up to bottom within the profile (Basically from Tier all the way down to Weaknesses)
Tiering
First of all, we'll need to settle the cosmology for Dreaming Moon in order for this to work. First of all, the Dream World is a place that has stars within itself (Translation: Stars could be seen on the end of the tunnel) It is also a place that is the nexus between dimensions (Human World and Dream World for example. Translation: The Dreaming World is the nexus where all of these cosmic beings can find each other (sometimes even fight). For example: Douglas can be in The Human World alongside Ingrid but can also appear in the Dream World if he so desires). It is also very important to note that the space-time of the Dream World is an infinitely expanding one (Translation: The Dream World, for being the nexus between dimensions, also has an infinite expansion regarding Space/Time. It's hard to explain but going over empiric methods, when you dream your dream is created by your mind with total liberty). This is also consistent because in another video of "ProyectoCabra" he quite literally states that the oniric and surrealist world of Dreaming Moon is inspired in other infinite realms (Translation: The Oniric and Surrealist world of Dreaming Moon is inspired in a lot of surrealistic verses of artists of this style such as "Salvador Dalí" which i admire a lot and i like a lot in which we can often see those unending sceneries following a parameter that makes it infinite and it's a representation of that of the mind which is infinite).
Now, how does Till and others in the verse scale to this? Very simple, for example, Till has been shown multiple times to affect the totality of the Dream World with his powers, in some cases, he simply made all of the Dream World go dark by his mere presence. He can also fight with the Guardian of the Dreams and show some superiority against him The guardian being quite literally the governor of the Dream World.
This should warrant Till a Low 2-C Tier
Hax n' Resistances
Now, Till has a LOT and i mean a LOT of haxes that aren't listed in his profile, first, his fear hax should be upgraded to a PASSIVE one since he is able to input fear into others with his mere presence, not only that, but these abilities are that of a Metaphysical and Adimensional nature because he can affect other cosmic beings with it, the cosmic beings in Dreaming Moon are beings that existed before the concepts of Space-Time since the Father's dream is the one that created the universe and all of it, predating reality as we know it, the dreams being that of a Conceptual and Metaphysical Nature (As seen above, because it is an Onirical and Surrealist realm representing the infinity of the Mind). We also need to note that Cosmic Beings are explicitly "Adimensional" as is the Dream World, it is also mentioned that their speed is also that of an "Adimensional" nature gaining some-kind of Omnipresence, more on that later but all of this should give their abilities an Metaphysical, Conceptual, Surrealist and Onirical nature and they should also have Beyond-Dimensional Physiology (Type 1) .
Till's victims, when devoured, are sent to a place where their memories will fade away and nothing will be left of them being erased from existance and sent to "Nothingness".
His "Transmutation" Should be changed to "Deconstruction" because he was essentially desintegrating Douglas's body whilst torturing him, his mere presence also inputs Cold in the ambience. His regen should be upgraded to High-Godly due to his conceptual nature in his attacks and existence and because the Cosmic Beings can return from the metaphysical and real planes from "Nothingness", he can also reincarnate souls in other bodies that work for him as heralds. It is stated that his Darkness is capable of destroying and consuming it all. With his mere presence he occasioned that Rain started to generate in Zalgo's world and in that world, there is never rain, and as such, rain in that world is the symbol of the creation of something and the destruction of something else.
Seemingly opened a window and a door with basically no limbs, he's also able to use telepathy to detect lies, he is also able to know things he isn't supposed to know, for example, he knew that Luna was dead even though he never met her until The Creator presented to her, he can also change the perspective of his victims, making them see bloody walls and corpses to then be in a totally different situation and can also make himself be seen only by his victims, Blood creation over here and can also induce nightmares into his victims.
He is able to sense fear even when people are trying to hide that from him, only other Cosmic Beings can damage themselves.
He should obviously get resistance to Memory, Void and Erasure hax due to coming back from "Nothingness" as explained above.
Speed
His speed should be upgraded to Immeasurable, first of all, he's able to catch Andy, Andy can travel from "Nothingness" to the Dream World with no problem. As i said before, Cosmic beings can move at an "Adimensional" speed, gaining somekind of Omnipresence (Translation: Presicely, in the last season of Dreaming Moon in this case. The speed in which they move is Adimensional, we could say that they are so powerful that they can just have that Omnipresence (But not all). I'll leave that to your own interpretation) and if this ain't enough proof for you, they're stated to move within the dimensions of Space/Time as previously said before (Translation: The Cosmic Beings such as The Creator, Douglas, Etc. Can move by the temporal dimensions of space-time like in the Human World but in the case of the Dream World Realm, Space-Time are relative.)
Weaknesses
Only a few corrections. His abilities cannot work against beings that lack emotions and reasoning and he's usually very arrogant but if his opponent dares to challenge him Till won't dare to attack because his main objective is that people fear him
