Massive Bubsy Verse Upgrade

Heya.

Bubsy's boulder busting feat that's been on his profile for a while now has finally been calced as Small Building level.

Here's the post: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/U..._busts_a_wall_-_Bubsy_the_Bobcat#comm-2793168

Now you might be thinking, "So? 9-B to 9-A ain't a massive jump." You'd be correct there. I simply want to bring up something I found while watching the Bubsy pilot episode.

Bubsy states that the Virgil Reality Helmet could destroy the world. That's planet level at the very least right there.

Virgil confirms the exact same thing.

Then Virgil even goes on to state that the helmet could sentence the universe to annihilatio. By definition, this means the VRH is universal. Annihilation means to completely destroy, obviously.

(Credit to User:Tonipelimies for the links from Character Stats and Profiles Wiki. I suck with time stamps.)

In conclusion, Bubsy's base tier should be upped to 9-A for sure thanks to the new calc and Bubsy w/ Virgil Reality Helmet should be upgraded to 3-A via old, ignored statements. This only makes sense.

Don't know if the VRH part was ever discussed in the past, but the calc shouldn't be ignored either, it's completely new.

And oh yeah, this should include Woolie's and Lamb-Bo's profiles being upgraded as well seeing how they scale.

You're ignoring the facts.

It's stated multiple times from verifiable sources (Bubsy, who has used the helmet and Virgil who CREATED the helmet) that is can destroy the universe.

Calling it a meme doesn't disprove much of anything.

No it's just unproven hype and "destroy the world" is just unclear without anymore context. No upgrade will ever be given.

That's the same kind of argument people use to say Super Perfect Cell isn't solar system level.

Virgil should know the power of the item that he created, and he himself stated it could annihilate the universe.

That sounds like hella exaggeration there.
Again, Virgil should know the power of his own creation. He knows it's in and outs. If you say otherwise, I guess Super Perfect Cell and Captain Underpants shouldn't be tiered where they are because all they have to go by there are statements, too. Just pointing out a bit of picky-choosiness here.

Bad comparison. There are also guidebook statements that back up Cell being solar system level plus in a game he does destroy the solar system.

These claims look to be very unsubstantiated, it's more like he's just saying wacky shit because he's in a panicked state of mind.

And? With how the VRH works, it's not at all a stretch to see it working on a universal scale. It's only stated limitation is the user's own imagination.

Panicked state of mind? Even when Virgil wasn't panicked, he stated alongside Bubsy as well that it could destroy the world, and world also means universe in the right context, which this later statement from Virgil basically confirms.

I think Planet level is okay as a "possibly". There are actually two statements for that one in the episode if I recall, but "sentence the universe to annihilation" is vague in of itself. Who said it has to qualify for the immediate destruction? The wording itself could be given of a timeframe of something else entirely.

I can see that, there's multiple statements saying it can destroy the world, and the argument that Virgil was in a panicked state of mind can't be used either what with seeing Virgil was perfectly composed while saying it could destroy the world.

It doesn't seem like a lot of people accepted 3-A bubsy here. Is there somewhere else where it got accepted?
