This is just about who would win if these verses collide. Yes, I do know that 1-A Marvel (besides Oblivion) is being debated right now. However, this thread doesn't use any of those characters.
This is Marvel VS DC, but all Tier 2 characters and above are not allowed. Also, non Tier 2 characters with multiple versions (Like Batman and Superman) will be merged into a composite version so we don't have 12 Supermen running around.
With that being said, it's time to find out which comic giant is more powerful, at least in characters with 3D power.
And so you don't have to look up each character, here's the pages for both verses: Marvel Comics and DC Comics.
