Just a few reworked files I worked on. Includes Rhino and Electro from mainline and Hulk from Ultimate

Notes:

1. Added keys representing their power transitions, missing P&A, references and aesthetic improvements
2. Both Rhino and Electro have variability mechanics for their powers. Nifty for easing tiering inconsistencies

Btw citation wise, you need to put the citation inside the brackets. Otherwise it's after any other type of punctuation (Also you need to remove periods in the end of brackets).
Also why are Hulk's resistances "Limited," pretty sure even if it's through adaptation those are just regular feats.

For Rhino, you don't resist being in space, we have Space Survival page now. Also that resistance to darkness manipulation seems just like raw stats?

Some of the formatting is screwy, like Rhino's first power being bolded or Electro's LS. I notice some other issues but they're overall an improvement on current files

Anyways overall they seem fine apart from issues like bolding but that can be fixed later.

There’s some formatting issues here:

• Like Tllm mentioned, references are supposed to go inside parentheses and after punctuation.
• The keys go under the tier section, not above it.
• Rhino’s AP section is completely missing his third key.

i think so? Most shockwave/earthquake feats are usually AP and we list those.

CRT can't be applied if you don't fix the first one, that's just a straight up editing mistake nowadays

I honestly would still fuse the two hulk keys, in terms of P&A and stats they're the same, int being different can just be specified in a vs match or whatever

I think it's fair to point out to Rhino that he's still considerably slower than Spider-Man. Their balance of combat is precisely that Rhino is much stronger and Peter is much faster. He scales, but there should be a note about that.

By the way, why not mention this feat of Rhino's in his profile? He sent Nova into space with a punch. I think it's a nice addition to speed and AP.

As far as I know, the Marvel handbooks state that Electro's lightning speed is 330 m/s. This, as I recall, was one of the reasons why this wiki does not give his lightning the speed of natural lightning. So, his attack speed should be in the transonic range. You may say that it is stupid when the difference between the attack speed of beams and the reaction speed of a character is around 5-6 times, but we have an example in the form of Garou, who with his FTL+ speed has an attack speed through one technique Relativistic+.

SamanPatou already calced the nova feat and is going to revise and upgrade Rhino it's best to let him do it because he said he has more supportive feats to make sure it's consistent

Speed: Hypersonic (Stated by Thor to be composed of lightning. Can transform into and attack as cloud to ground lightning)
