I'm back after a 3-6 month hiatus with some more Chinaman Wank.
Nonexistent Physiology
Yang Kai's Nihility is currently treated as Intangibility, however, it doesn't fall into the spatial type. As he is not shifting into a dimension, but rather merging his body into void itself. Meaning when Yang Kai activates Nihlity, his body is nothingness itself. While the soul does reside inside the Knowledge sea inside another dimension, we can also assume Nihility makes the Knowledge Sea invisible as well. This is because Ice Principles have been shown to be capable of freezing one's mind and Divine sense, which is attached to the soul. Yang Kai stated that Nihility can resist the Ice Principles, meaning even his Knowledge Sea is merged with the void during Nihility. This should grant Limited Nonexistent Physiology Type 3 Aspect 1 & 3.
Higher-Dimensional Existence and Large Size
Open-Heaven Cultivators form a Small Universe inside their bodies. This Small Universe is apart of their bodies and takes a solid form. The Small Universe is no different from a Universe World, meaning it would have its own Space-Time River.
This would give Open Heaven Cultivators, Higher-Dimensional Existence (4D) and Large Size (Type 8). This only applies, while they are in their Small Universe however, and when they manifest it into reality.
Hax Layering
Now let's get into the Layers of Hax.
From This CRT, Spiritual Energy and their Grand Dao's were accepted to be 5D for Open Heaven Cultivators. This does extend into their other abilities since it all comes from World Force, which is the Open-Heaven Realm's foundation. We know that from the Dao Source Realm, Cultivators start to incorporate World Principles into their attacks, and these Principles are even able to effect the physical body and soul. This means their Principle Strength potency is equivalent to their spiritual energy potency. The 5D layers should operate on the same principle as the 3D layers meaning, a higher cultivation realm can suppress the previous cultivation realm.
Open Heaven has Nine Ranks, from First Rank Open Heaven to Ninth Rank Open Heaven, giving 9 layers of Resistance and Potency in total.
Yang Kai using the Soul Shattering Spike can injure Royal Lord's Souls who are equivalent to Ninth Rank Open Heaven Cultivators, giving him 10 layers of potency with the artifact.

Yang Kai at the World Creation Realm is above the Open Heaven Realm, so he should be at 10 Layers Potency and Resistance.
