Marisa's Large Planet feat still Outlier?

There was mention of it on some random threads but nothing concrete so let's do this.

So, Marisa has a spell card that mentions that it can pull 2 Large Planets away.

"Asteroid belt that can put two large planets away.

The stars Marisa shoots look like something out of a comic, though."

We don't know how fast that was done so let's just say Large Planet

In that past it was always seen as an Outlier, since Marisa only scaled to Country Level feats back then and the highest feat was Suika's Moon thing that only scaled to Top Tiers.

But now, Utsuho is now Multi-Continent, we have a possible Moon level for a lot of people, and we have Star Level feats for God tier. That wouldn't make Marisa God tier now with this feat, and it isn't that much above most of the verse.

Also most feats in the verse are casual anyway and shouldn't reallly be considered one's maximum. Spell cards feats are obviously tonned down due to the rule, Suika's Moon thing was only to impress, and breaking the moon was the most impressive thing that everyone could see, since breaking the earth would be not only hard to see but dangerous, same for the sun.

So, what do you guys think?

Calling certain feats casual is difficult. But yeah everything else seems sensible. With how Reimu and Marisa are capable of going toe to toe with those moon/star levels (there was even information about how a certain battle was barely even a danmaku battle) this seems credible.

It isn't a outlier for the verse but still for herself. That aside I don't see her as more powerful than basically all youkai. Plot wise youkais should be stronger than humans, there are of course exceptions, but I still wouldn't view her as more powerful than top tier youkai in terms of brute strength.

That aside we really don't actually know what putting two planets away would equal to, there isn't a way to quantify that without further information. Large planet level is pure specualtion in the first place.

Actualy Marisa is a lot weaker compared to Alice with her raw power. But Marisa has crazy magical amplifier - mini-hakkero to support her most powerful spells. Raw-power wise she is probably is the strongest of the three main-cast magicians.
