He's possibly 2-B because we didn't get to see all parallel universes as more and more kept popping up. Anyways, what is the ap for Sonic? Mario might be able to one-shot.

Arguably higher. Might go for Mario. He should be able to one shot Sonic once he gets his backwards long jump going. He can also get his parallel universe selves to gang up on him.

I've actually made my own (not here) like a month or so ago. I am 4 parallel universes ahead of you Cal. There are a bit of abilities missing too.

Self-sustance (type 1), spatial manipulation (stated he can manipulate parallel universes), black hole creation, possibly resistance to drugs (several enemies drugged Yoshi, while he was unaffected), possibly resistance to poison manipulation (in one of the spirit battles, he's shown to take no damage from the poison floor), shape shifting, and transmutation (turned Ludwig into a constellation).

Wahoo does one shot via having way higher AP and resisting the explosion from the scutterbug that was the key of the universe.

Also, Mario was moving in no time while in the multiverse, so he should speedblitz if speed was unequualized.
