Mickey has possibly Star Wars level of precog, so that's a thing.

I'm thinking it's a close fight, but in-character, Mickey has actually started with Time Stop before. Mario hasn't really shown he'd go for a power right off the bat. Now, the problem is, Mario isn't a villain, while Mickey used Stopza on Xemnas. That doesn't mean he wouldn't use Time Stop.

I guess if Mario lands one good hit, it's Game Over. He has more AP, and is willing to get the job done. Also, he could take all hits from the keyblade and even counter it since speed is equal. The only thing stopping Mario from doing so is Mickey's time hax, and even then, he can counter it with his own and just seal Mickey in.

Mario takes it for me in a very hard fight since not only does he have better AP, but also has time hax of his own.
