He's a cute little friend, acts as his own support, has movement tech, and has a mind-control option for things not wearing a hat/had thier hat knocked off.

Cappy's a pretty useful tool in Mario's arsenal.

There´s also a badge that makes it "impossible" for either brother to die for a while, but as they are comparable, it can´t fall as an NLF here. And then again, it´s for a while, so the stuff can go on as normal after that, especially considering it can´t be spammed.
