So currently the Pure/Chaos heart users get thier 2-B-ness from destroying the Dream Depot the size of which is explained in this blog. It also says that it cannot be infinite as that would require infinite time, however there is another way for it to be infinite, and that would be if there were infinite sentient beings. Which there likely are as World 8 of Super Mario Bros 3, and possibly the underwhere from Super Paper Mario.

We know that Super Mario Bros 3's world 8 is infinite in size as it has bottomless pits, which makes sense as world 8 is the non-paper underworld. Now you could say that bottomless pits are a common trope in Mario however other than the ones in this world none have actually been called bottomless officialy only by the community. Now since atoms in the Mario-verse are sentient and dream a world of infinite size means that infinite sentient beings exist, and thus infinite dreams/infinite universes in the Dream Depot.

So all characters who scale to destroying the Dream Depot should be 2-A

1) Bottomless is likely not literal and could just mean it's a long way down.

2) Even if it was, it doesn't imply there's an infinite number of being inside of it, it could very well just be empty, thus it would still be 2-B and not 2-A.

Bottomless pit is just a game mechanics. There exist literal bottomless pits in other worlds such as one of the Dream Worlds in Dream Team, but World 8 of Mario 3 is not one of them. And even if the amount of 3-Dimensional space is infinite, it doesn't mean the stuff within it is infinite. There's no proof that there's an infinite amount of sentient life. It's true that the multiverse is approaching infinite, but it never actually reaches infinite. It's just a massive degree of 2-B and Not 2-A.

I agree with Shadow, Cal, and Medeus.
