He shouldn't be 2-B. That happened in PAPER Mario, so it should be added to the already made Paper Mario profile rather than the one it's on.

We've already discussed this multiple times. The Paper Mario profile is exclusive to Paper Jam incarnation. The main Paper Mario series protagonist is confirmed to be the exact same Mario as the main series Mario. And this is further proven in Superstar Saga; both original version and Bowser's Minions remake. Other games such as Color Splash referencing the galaxy games.
