It's not really being faster is being able to move in one more direction which result in some sort of "faster movement". Someone that is moving on a 2nd higher time axis can see the one moving in the lower one like he was freezed in time i guess.

There are no layers in immeasurable speed. The only thing you can argue is the scaling chain, as far as I know how this wiki's tiering system works.

Rimuru uses the 2nd temporal dimension to scale his speed, it’s about more snapshot than the usual(1st temporal)
I have a few question. I remember that hax layers after the Arc silver-sea are 99*uncountable, and the weight of order and magic power from all world in the shallow layers flow into the deeper layers. Based on what Balzarondo’s statement, even the speed in the deeper layers is still faster. Doesn’t that make the speed difference between each uncountable layer?

The speed difference between layers is definitely on an uncountable level, but as I already said, we don't apply layers to immeasurable speed. It's more like a scaling chain. For example, if you compare inhabitants of the deeper layers to some crossover characters with baseline immeasurable speed, you could argue that the deeper layer inhabitants can blitz them since they are much faster than the shallow layer inhabitants with immeasurable speed, meaning they should be faster than those baseline immeasurable speed characters because it's like comparing Reality of Shallow layers is baseline speed for MG characters. But this is different from the 'layers of immeasurable speed' you are claiming.

You want an example in fiction of a character outright stating there 2 time dimensions of immeasurable speed is superior (in the same way finite vs "normal" immeasurable speed) to another with "one dimension"?
It's just regular immeasurable speed but sayd character can move in more time direction making them "faster" than who can't. But it isn't really speed.

I understand that logic and don’t understand it at the same time. If you move in a higher time axis, does that mean you’re moving through more snapshots? And what if you can move through the same quantity of snapshots? Shouldn’t it be the same speed or not?
