At this point, I'll stop trying to find a character that could qualify for it.
If no one can get it, then no once can use it at a match anyway.
It can get nuked/affected by a Higher Dimensional Being than the aca 5 user too.

It's useless.
IMO, it's better to focus on something else, like TD 3 for Anos, Common Ability, Info type 2, etc.

Ngl the third sentence makes no sense to me till now.
Acc type 5 user beyond all systems getting destroyed by a user who is not beyond all systems but rather a different operating system and higher dimensional.

and Yogiri is 1-B, a place where fair matches are basically almost impossible.

Aca 5 cannot incon anymore, so not that important anymore.

Anos had to destroy order and reason to continue destroying Graham and each and every time it got harder to affect. Isn’t this almost textbook layering or am I missing something?
