You cannot affect something that doesn't exist at a conceptual level unless provided with a feat or you are the same as them.
You can affect them without having Nep 2 or TD 2 if you have npi to those, which is rare.

In all honesty NEP, TD and ACA are all ridiculously powerful abilities. Its just NEP is more common than TD and TD is more common than ACA.

Ya, stuff like Acausality Type 5 and Transduality Type 2 are limited to Cosmology. So you can have 2-A Acausality Type 5 and Low 1-C Transduality Type 2, but that won't matter to someone who is 1-B.

Anos still has his Godly unfair incon weapon, NEP 2.
and Yogiri is 1-B, a place where fair matches are basically almost impossible.
Aca 5 cannot incon anymore, so not that important anymore.

At this point, I'll stop trying to find a character that could qualify for it.
If no one can get it, then no one can use it at a match anyway.
It can get nuked/affected by a Higher Dimensional Being than the aca 5 user too.
It's useless.
IMO, it's better to focus on something else, like TD 3 for Anos, Common Ability, Info type 2, etc.
