Apparently we only scale him to a suppressed Anos and a weakened lay.
I plan on changing it with the CRT I'm gonna make for him as he was capable of harming Aisha easily and she's 5-A.
It shouldn't be controversial at all as this is a fully reincarnated Anos and lay shows no growth between this point and the Calculated 5-A feat.

Is bound order), [[Fire manipulation]] (with <jio graze>), [[Electricity Manipulation]] (with black thunder emperor <jirasd>), [[Chain Manipulation]] (with chain binding magic <gigel>). [[Resistance]] to [[Mind Manipulation]] (was subconsciously fighting against the effects of avos dilhevia's brainwashing)... This would give misa 2 layers of mind manipulation. I'll explain why later.
Also, all guardian gods get [[Acausality]] (type 3. Multiple copies of them exist).
