Let's just wait for @Firestorm808 since he said he will evaluate it. Either way we will still need to deal with downgrade thread that will come. Anyway for Anos profile I suggest we format his tier like this
7-B. 2-A with <Venuzdonoa> | 5-A, 2-A via <Egil Grone Angdroa>. At least Low 2-C, likely higher via <Gilieriam Naviem>(Land of traces would still need its own 2-A CRT to change this rating). 2-A with <Venuzdonoa> | 2-A. Higher via world-destroying magic. 2-A with <Venuzdonoa> | Unknown, likely 2-A
I guess likely would still stay in his final key even if he would already be physically 2-A.

Comparable to Deeper layers inhabitants who can destroy Countries in deeper layers when Shallow layer World Destroying spells wouldn't even destroy small ships in deeper layers )

Sorry I am kinda busy but can you check the chapter when Anos vs Belzerondo conversation happened. I mean difference between layers compared to dimensionality you remember that ? That's the chapter where belzerondo said Costoria and bobonga can destroy deeper layers countries.
