It would be a tough battle but i would give i to the hulk high-mid difficulty due to being a bit stronger ( 4b vs a high 4c) and having a better regn than asura, with these i cant see a win for asura he just would not be able to deal out enough damage befor he healed.

Maybe, and looking back on it you're probably right. At the time I was banking on the "possibly higher" portion of Mantra Asura's tier rating to make the fight more even.

I don't think it is a complete stomp but the advantage is definitely the hulks the only reason i say not a complete stomp is because asura is high 4c and speed was equal however i cant say i disagree ether given the tires and how asura has no answer for the difference. The only thing that comes to mind would be his better long range and his unlimited mode but that is not much

Even if Asura was Large Star level+, Hulk would still be far stronger.
