The Star Eater vs the Galactic Reaper

A hole opens in reality on the far side of the Starcross cosmos, large enough to span a solar system . From it, leaks an impenetrable black fog that quickly consumes the surrounding planets and stars before moving its way towards the strongest power it can sense - Wren, the star spirit.

Sensing the danger to the universe , Wren flies out to do battle with this formless horror.

Malefi's plethora of resistances and immunities will prove to be an issue, as will its acausality and absorption. Milky Way would be on the defensive the entire fight, and would have to be very careful to avoid being absorbed. I doubt she could straight-up kill it, what with all those resistances, on top of that Regenerationn and acausality, but as long as she plays it safely and smartly, she could draw Malefi into a trap to seal it outside of the universe via Spaceweaving.

Like mentioned, Milky Way would be in a lot of trouble if she fights it head to head. Actually, she will be absorbed if she fought it head to head. So, pretty much my answer is the same as Prom's
