Male pregnancy question

So say there’s a character from a verse whose name is literally “Male-Pregnancy” and his whole power is he can magically turn men pregnant. Is this safe enough for fandom? (From a non-erotic verse)

First thing I see upon opening the site btw

I added a character who could make anything and anyone give birth with a look before, men included.

It should be fine as long as it's not something fetishy.
The novel doesn’t portray it in a fetishy or erotic way but the character (a psychopathic orc who’s smooth down there) proclaims it as his “psycho-sexual fetish”
