no...that's just a regular car, defying the very laws of physics. but the more reasonable explanation is General Rama is just holding the car up in the air through unknown means.

I think BoBoiBoy's lifting strength would be far higher if we could calc how much energy it took to pull apart a dam.

Retakka would've caused a huge flood if the dam wasn't frozen and properly sealed by BoBoiBoy. Besides that, a dam weighs more than a 2 meter 110 ton golem that could output a force of 1000000 newtons.
