no...that's just a regular car, defying the very laws of physics. but the more reasonable explanation is General Rama is just holding the car up in the air through unknown means.

Retakka would've caused a huge flood if the dam wasn't frozen and properly sealed by BoBoiBoy. Besides that, a dam weighs more than a 2 meter 110 ton golem that could output a force of 1000000 newtons.
