Making a new character, Continent Level+ valid?

So, I am going to be making another profile on a person called Sorey.

The thing is, a side character, Edna said that seraphim have moved continents before, not implying these were the strongest seraphim, AKA the Five Lords, and by the end, Sorey links with Maotelus, one of the strongest out of them all.

Is this enough proof to give him this power or no?

Probably not. We usually want some measurements, power demonstrstions, or extremely reliable analytical statements.

It is also better if you avoid making profiles until you have considerably better grasp on the requirements and reasonably high standards for making one. I just had to fix the Lloyd Irving profile that you created, but cannot be expected to constantly do so.
