Quirk: Forced Child
The user can get pregnant with another person's child just by touching them. They have a special set of reproductive organs for it, so male users do not face difficulties.

However, the user must go through the process of getting pregnant and giving birth. This makes it impractical to the point that the user only used it twice in her entire life.

The baby is subject to regular quirk RNJesus, one of her childeren had her Quirk, the other had a much more interesting one, with an equaly interesting story...
This is like Babyface but slower and minus the nasty.
 
Quirk: Harsh Criticism

Effects: Causes the intended target or targets to be miserable, depressed and demoralized without fail as long the target or targets are within hearing range.

Limitations: Causes voice strain and headaches in prolonged uses.

Equipment: Throat Lozenges and Prescribed Medicine.

Hero Name: Gordon Cowell
 
Quirk: Booster

Effects: it allows the user to instantly accelerate at high speeds leaving a combination of numerous shockwaves and EMP waves in the mix. Its so fast its suprassed "Jet" and "Engine"

Limitations: the user must train their body to withstand overall backlash from the combination or it will cause major pain.

Equipment: Energy resistance knee cap

Hero Name: Rush
 
Quirk: Side Snatcher

Effects: Causes the target to miss a side of them, whether it be their left side or right side, making it harder to balance themselves. However that target is still able to survive with one of their sides missing, although they will feel a lot of pain there.

Limitations: The user has directly to punch the opponent and it's a 50/50 to which side gets stolen. If the target is punched again, they will regain that side but miss the other, but if the user's luck ain't that good, the opponent may just regain the part they lost. The user can also get one of their sides stolen if they miss a punch.

Equipment: A crutch for both sides just in case the user misses a punch, A pair of punching gloves to prevent the effect if the user doesn't want to use them.

Special Ability:

  • Constant Splitting: The user does a flurry of fast punches that makes the opponent's side appear and dissapear repeatedly, leaving them confused when Constant Splitting ends.
 
Quirk: Muramasa

Effect:
A quirk that allows one to use bladed objects to cut longer than the actual blade itself and cut through molecular bonds by applying a Superheated High-Frequency Currect on the edge of the blade, this allows the user to ignore durability and cut entire buildings in half, when this quirk is active, a red glowing lightning-like effect is seen surround the edge of the blade and a subtle sound of something whirling at high speeds can be heard. (It may also give the user a sick battle theme and over-exegrated jaw movements as a side effect)

Limitation: Because of the rather intense application effects of the quirk, most bladed weapons cannot handle it's use for more than a few swings, usualy breaking or even melting out of air-friction and strain alone. This may make fighting difficult if the user is disamred of their special custom blade. Using the quirk is physically tiring over long periods of time.

Equipment: An extremely sharp and durable katana that is made out of a custom made very heat resistant metal to it that allows for usage without breaking or melting, though this blade is notable heavy, weighing 100 KG, making usage near-impossible for anyone but the greatest sword users in the world. (The metal itself is black with a slight purple-tint to it)


Special Move:

  • Jetstream: The user sheets their blade and redies a stance, the user then uses a powerful first-step to show up right infornt of the target, the user then slices them/ it into several pieces.

What can I say, it's easily my favorite action based game and Sam is one of my all-time favorite characters.
 
Quirk:Reverse force

Description:the quirk allows the user to reverse the force of the user or nearby objectsat a moments notice. The newly reversed forced has significantly more force added than the original. There is no limit to the amount of times the original force could be reversed.

This quirk can also allow for extremely fast reaction times due to the ability to reverse force immediatly

Super moves: Boost: reversing the jumping back and forth will create a temporary boost of force allowing the user to fling off of solid surfaces.

Melt:By reversing the force of an object or wall many times, energy in the form of heat builds up in the object causing it to melt.

Shield:User projects a small area where objects that enter immediately reverse force.

Debiliating session: User moves around extremely quickly by reversing force to dodge attacks gradually building up force to launch in a quick succession, As bone or even armor crushing strikes.
 
Quirk: Kinetic Reactor

Type: Emitter-type Quirk

Description: The body of the user can generate, absorb and release kinetic energy. The user can freely change their own kinetic energy, or even being able to apply the same changes to objects they are in contact with. This allows the user to increase the impact of their attacks and their durability by absorbing the energy from impacts, or change the temperature of a target to either freeze or melt/disintegrate something. But it can backfire on them, since they need to control the energy generated or absorbed so they don't hurt themselves by freezing a part of their body (while using their hand as a point of contact) or accidentally having too much energy on them and internally self-destructing. This also comes with the effect of increasing the surrouding temperature whenever he needs to "release" the accumulated energy by transfering it to the surrouding air.

I'm still working on the techniques.

Quirk Name: The Grief

The Grief
is a quirk which constantly and passively expels an extremely thick dark blackish-gray fog which constantly surrounds the user and those that come into skin contact with the fog slowly loose their energy and will start to have traumatic memories, especially repressed ones forced constantly in their immiediate thoughts and will be overcome with immense feelings of immense depression and grief, simelarly to someone with manic depression going through a depressive episode at it worst and loosing their motivation to do anything at all, even if it was necesary to save their life. This is due to the chemicals in the air constantly expeled by the user, being taken in by the ones nearby through their skin. The fog expeled is also seemingly cold and moist, enough so that condensation will happen on windows as if it were near the end of fall.

Sidenote: The Grief is a quirk is often considered nothing more than yet another little known myth told to keep people away from dark or thick fog covered areas to scare them away from potentially being kidnapped and/ or killed by a dangerous criminal or villian. It's unknown what motivation or reason the user have for doing what they do though some speculate the user has some connection to one the many deats that happend due to the quirk riots prior to All-Might being recognied as the Symbol of Peace.


Limitations:

-The Grief is a passive quirk that cannot be turned off, only weaken the area of effect by a little.

-It's range is limited to a 100 meter radius before the fog won't spread, except in very hot envoirments, in which it seems to be more limited the hotter it gets.

-The user can survive long periods of time without drinking water due to the nature of the quirk, but still needs atleast 2 liters every week and still needs the same amount of food as an ordinary person.

-The fog can be counter-acted by wearing something akin to a hazmat suit that prevent all direct skin contact with the fog.


Equipment: Unknown if any is used.

Special Moves: Unknown if the user has any.
 
So basically vietnam veterans will be insanely powerful with this.

Also, is your quirk real then? Or is it a myth as you say it is?

No, they would be weak against it.
Makes more sense that way. This quirk would be a perfect excuse for a filler episode as they delve back into involuntary flashbacks. (kirishima's from MHA took around 60% of the episode)
 
quirk: White flame/dark flame

description: a fire based quirk which is the combination of two separate quirks, quirk 1. a powerful fire based quirk, the hero who possesses this quirks body emits a powerful aura that can emit white hot fire.

quirk two.the power to manipulate lower levels of dark matter. when fused with the white fire the hero can create a black flame so intensely hot that it can burn through matter


limitations: the hero isn't completely immune to his own fire and overuse can dehydrate him. so he has to constantly consume dozens of times his own weight in liquids a day
 
Like your take on Half cold half hot, especially your dark flame. But however, I think you should switch out white flame. Having an extremely hot flame is already dabi's quirk.

You if you were set the user on fire they would be frozen insted of burning to a crisp? That is pretty cool.
 
Quirk Name: Sharp Stuff: The user is able to sharpen any liquids that come from their body, even if it left their body long ago. They can also unsharpen it whenever they want

Limitation(s): The user is unable to select how many drops(or lts or whatever) of the liquid they will sharpen, meaning all the liquid will sharpen and may be dangerous in certain cases like in using blood since the user will experience a lot of pain. If the user faints or suffers too much pain, all the liquids will instantly unsharpen.

Equipment: N/A

Special Moves:

  • Liquid Boomerang: The user will grab the liquid and throw it forwards, then it will turn into a very sharp boomerang that can cut through steel. This can be used to hit the opponent in the face and then have it unsharpen to blind them temporaly
  • Sharp Spikes: The user will drop some of the liquid on the floor, which then they will sharpen and make a trap that will turn into a spike.

QUIRK: Silencer

EFFECT: Nothing the user dose make any sound. Walking, talking, claping, banging a gong, ect. the user could fire a high powered rifle right next to your ear and you would't hear a thing.

LIMITATIONS: The user is incapable of commuicating via sound, basicly making them mute.

Also, the quirk only works on the use and any thing he/she is in contact with. Going back to the gong for a moment. If the use were to take a hammer and bang on the gong it would't make a sound be cause the user is in contact with the hammer. However, if the user were to throw the hammer at the gong then the gong would make a sound because the user is no longer in contact with the hammer.

EQUIPMENT: None
 
Noise God: the user has complete control over sound. This does not control vibrations, only "sound" that the brsin picks up. This means that it will never be painful or cause hearing loss.
 
Oh man, I gat another one.

QUIRK: Dark Calling

EFFECT: The user(with the wave of his/her hand) can inhance the quirks of others. Making them more powerful and reducing or even eliminating their limitaions.

LIMITAIONS: The user can not use it on his/her self. The effect last for only 1 hour. People affected by this quirk become more aggresive and are more likely to act on their "darker emotions" if you will. Anger, Greed, Lust, that kind of thing.

I came with a new idea of a quick:

Diamond: The user can control diamonds, create particles of them and also heal with diamond, I'll explain it. The user can create many small diamonds, and he can control them and attack with them, protect with them and also connect many particles of diamonds into a big diamond.

There is a white dwarf star on the universe that called BPM 37093, this is the largest diamond in the universe, if someone born with this quirk or gets this quirk, the BPM 37093 sends this quirk's power to the person who has this quirk. This power comes with an invisible energy beam and then, near the earth, the power get duplicated for the number of the people who have this quirk, but the power is getting very slow on the earth, and I'll explain that on the "Limitations".
To attack, the diamonds become glowing red, and can be used for get shoot, get connected with arms or legs and attack with punches, scratches, kicks and more.
To defense, the particles of the diamonds become glowing blue, and be connected to a big wall that protects the user.
To heal, the injured areas of the body are covered by the diamonds and the diamonds become glowing green and heal the injured area. The more the injury are serious, the healing will take more time.

'Limitation:' As I said, the people who have this quirk get power from the white dwarf star BPM 37093. But the energy get very slow on the earth, so sometimes when a person with this quirk creates too many diamonds with his quirk, he won't be able to create diamonds for a while, but he still be able to use, attack, defense and heal with them.

The best way to aviod this Limitations is to make a large diamond and store it somewhere on the earth or in the space. When a person who has this quirk can't suddenly creat diamond for a while, he can send this large diamond that he created to have more diamonds to use.

Equipment: A sword or a knife. If the user holds a sword or knife, and the diamonds and the sword/knife can be fused into a red glowing diamond sword in a special design, it's not matter what kind of sword or knife it is.

Special Move:

1. Diamond Beam: A storm of diamonds gets created and the user levitates inside the diamond storm. Then, the user points a finger like this ƒæë in addition to make an imaging of gun, and then a red energy ball gets created and a red glowing beam gets shoot towards the foe.

2. Sharpened Diamonds: The user punches the ground, and a few sharp diamond pillars get out from the ground toward the foe to hit him. It's reminds Overhaul's attack that he creates sharp rocks to attack.

3. Diamond Suit: As I said before, the diamond particles can get connected to legs or arms and attack with it. So, the diamonds can also get connected almost for all the body, and make a suit that will protect the user and will increase his attacks like punches, scratches, kicks and more. But to get this suit, when a foe attacks the user, the user needs to make all of his body into a diamond, and if the diamond gets shattered by the foe's attack, a large diamond pillars gets out from the ground after something like 10 seconds and the user stay inside of it. Then the pillar gets shattered except from the user himself and the suit that he wears.

before making such science based quirks you should actually research it. if you did you would realizse that a diamond based power would be not only lame but one of the weakest quirks.

while diamonds are hard they are actually very brittle and weak, it takes around 1 Newton (0.224809 pounds of force)to break a diamond

Hardness is their main property, which is a metallic property that dictates their resistance to scratching, likewise anything softer than a diamond will be scratched by a diamond. If you took a very small weighted ballpeen hammer and gave it a smack with even a small to medium amount of force, it will shatter instantly.
 
I came up with this for Index, but it works here, too.

Mind Over: The user can rewrite the mental faculties of anyone they make eye contact with, able to change their thoughts, actions, and personality. However, eye contact must be maintained throughout, or the user loses control (though changes already made will still be present). Even after extensive training, only those made specially vulnerable can even have their actions slightly affected without it. They can also borrow the brainpower of others, as well as any abilities stemming from it.

You're right, I didn't think about that. But I also gave the Defense form of them, so it's not the weakest quirk. But I'll chage a little the quality of the quirk. But when Todoroki used only his right side, his quirk was the weakest because he used Ice and Ice are very easy to break? No. I quirk also needs limitations, and I think that the fact that the diamonds have many options to use them, it makes the quirk better than you thought it is.

ice is actually very durable. it requires a lot of force to break ice. if you pack enough and it becomes very difficult to break. and if its melting it slightly warms up and begins to sweat and melt a little its durablity jumps

We have an ice/fire quirk and a fire quirk.
