The infinity stones are tied to every aspect of the universe so all of together may be 3-A or Low 2-C since they were created by the universe when it was cresated and they have the power of a whole univrse

Well, it was stated that they each have complete control over the aspect they represent, so controlling the entirety of both Space and time is Low 2-C is it not?

Controlling all aspects of the universe does not mean controlling the universe. So like Thanos can manipulate what the universe is made of but not necessarily on the scale of the entirety of the universe
