I understand that in the feats section it says he can dodge attacks with his eyes closed, but this isn't really a reaction-based thing? He knows we're they're coming from because he relives the same day. Even if he didn't doing something like that is more a feat of how good your senses are, not your actual reaction speed.

Also why is he Wall level w/o the Exosuit?

He goes through what could be years of training (from a non-combatant), dodging machines and aliens who's speed is a lot faster than average. He may know "What is coming", but he was instructed to train to have faster reactions so that he is less reliant on his ability. After his training is complete he has faster reactions.

Regarding the Wall level w/o Exosuit feat, he survived one or two explosions that should've completely obliterated him, although it could be just PIS.

Here he survives a direct Claymore impact (Although the acidic blood finishes him off). Here he is rammed through a brick wall and gets back up afterwards.

I added in the justification for Wall level with his suit, but the brick wall feat looks more like the car took the hit and he was just riding on it.

Why is he Small building with the exosuit?

Yeah, it doesn't make sense for a powersuit that can dish out way more than it can take, especially when I think those exosuits are also meant for protection.

He has heavy weaponry attached to the EXO suit.

Yes, there are various other weapons that are linked into the EXO suits.
