Why does 21 have resistance to power null if it's from her own stuff? That's like giving Zeno resistance to existence erasure. Or time stoppers resistance to other time stop.

The waves aren't from her and should be just as effective on her as other people, but she didn't nearly get as effected as the dragon ball cast. Just saying you need a separate source makes no sense since the machine isn't a part of her not can it be discriminatory against the people affected.

No. Only Regenerationn to Magolor. A lot of Magolor's abilities are confusing as to where they come from honestly.
