Then is Volnutt probably using homing Misiles(his second best weapon) that should be a bit stronger than his normal Ap against Wanda with a worse shield

No, that's not how it works. It can only be restricted if it either changes his Tier or is Optional Equipment, of which it is listed as neither on his Profile. If you Restrict it without those stipulations, then you can't have this matchup added to his Profile.

Note: Mega Man can only carry one special weapon at a time and needs outside help to switch weapons. In a VS thread the OP should specify which weapon Mega Man has equipped.

If the thread owner decide to choose another weapon that is not SL, Volnutt can´t use it, simple as that
But for god sake, don´t choose Aqua Blaster or then this is a complete stomp, the second best weapon is good enough to not have a speed blitz
