He resisted the equivalent of Lust Aura from the Daedric Prince of Rape Molag Bal who is at least 1-C so I don't think her's should work. And I'm unsure about the the stat reduction it sounds like it's connected to her Lust Aura but even then it doesn't stop Vivec from tapping into CHIM.
