Why is Magellan's (One Piece, Impel down Warden) AP labeled as "Unknown"? He was shown damaging Luffy on multiple occasions, whether you wanna label it via devil fruit or by physical force. Is it because his fruit isnt necessarily meant for ap but rather just immobilizing?
If he somehow was forgot to be edited, then he should be Mountain lvl seeing as that was Luffy's level at the time
