Yeh why would they be useless, in dbz if you are stronger than someone who can regenerate you can destroy them to the point that they can't regenerate . It worked on cell, and buu who can regenerate from smoke and vapour
Pressure point would absolutely work.
Power null will work on his other abilities unless you have him showing resisting a power null from someone infinitely stronger than him

It means that pressure point who works on people that can solo naruto verse, one peace verse, hxh verse, mha verse all at once will definitely work on someone that till this day, people are still debating whether he will be a good punching bag for raditz or nappa.
