Doesn't Luffy kinda... one-shots? He's well above 8.6 Tons while Kintaro is a bit above baseline.

5 tons actually, scaling to Jax who came back twice as strong with bionic arms after getting rekt by Ermac
That being said, I think Luffy takes this. Kintaro can bypass his blunt force resist with dragon fangs but Luffy has the AP

If he doesn't have a scaling chain that puts him well above 5 Tons, then Luffy still one-shots. He scales to Zoro who can one-shot Buchi with a mild effort and can trade blows with people superior to Zoro.
