Ok, so Taiwan Peace Israel has a Battle IQ advantage and a skill advantage (man I wish this was canon Ichigo), but as said, he is invisible and not exactly stupid. Plus, his attacks are a counter to Luffy's body, so he can hurt him, that and they are aimed at his soul as well.

Leaning towards Ichigo for round one, but I'll wait for input
 
So Luffy can nearly oneshot if he gets a hit in and can pin Ichigo if he gets a hold of him.

Ichigo's cutting attacks would be an issue, but considering 9 slashes from Kuro who has over 5x greater AP than Ichigo could only do this to Luffy, it would take a lot to take Luffy down before Luffy secures the with FRB

Assuming OPLA Luffy is anything like his manga counterpart, he should be able to grab onto Ichigo the moment he attacks, and defeat him with a Gum Gum Bell like he did to Kuro.

if Ichigo is invisible is this fight even possible? Would Luffy just know he's in a fight with something he can't see?

OPLA doesn't have Haki yet or any sensory abilities that would let him see a soul.

Also this Ichigo seems to be the same as the regular manga one in that his shinigami form is a spiritual body he astral projects out of his main one.

Can OPLA Luffy even interact with him?

Not really a Bleach dude so idk all the context of this scene, but Rukia here said humans can touch Hollows and Shinigami, just not see them.

I'm not really either.

if that's the case for Live Action then there's a vaguely 5x AP advantage for Luffy.

so Luffy will be doing heavy damage with attacks but Ichigo will also be cutting Luffy's soul with attacks.

I feel like being completely invisible is a huge advantage to have against someone with no sensory abilities since Luffy will never be able to tell where he is or when he's going to attack and could just cut Luffy from behind while he's spamming attacks in one direction or the other.

Unless you say he just spams omnidirectional punches and kicks until Ichigo runs into one before he runs out of stamina but ehhh.

Luffy can touch Ichigo but he straight up wouldn't be able to see the guy

Seeing ichigo isn't really as big an issue than as its made out to be then since Luffy has already dealt with that before with Kuro so it comes back to what Kachon said earlier

Dude has good enough enhanced senses that he should be able to pick up on ichigo's movements off of the sounds he'll make when making contact with the ground

He could also legit probably just smell the guy😭

If live action Bleach works like anime/manga Bleach, even though dense Reishi bodies can be touched they have possible invulnerability…as in they can be touched and physically interacted with but not actually damaged by non soul based attacks

But that would be a stomp, so assuming we don’t go with that, Ichigo being invisible and having soul hax that Luffy doesn’t resist vs Luffy who can heavily damage but not one shot Ichigo…I think Ichigo has the massive advantage. Esp if having no soul hax resistance means Ichigo can also one shot Luffy
