Luffy speed upgrade

I made my first calculation (About Luffy's speed). So, based in this calculation, Luffy (And some other One Piece characters) MAY have Relativistic reaction speed.

Remember we can't be 100% sure the feat i analysed is a outlier, because in the own "outlier" page is said: "Often there is disagreement on exactly what constitutes an outlier, and things that are considered an outlier by some might not be considered to be one by everyone."

Also Luffy MAY have a durability upgrade since the "One Piece Yellow" databook confirms that Gomu Gomu no Mi (Gum-Gum Fruit) users are INVULNERABLE to shots and physical attacks (I have this databook in my house and i read it)

Regarding Invulnerability as noted on the Invulnerability page, such claims do not change durability statistics even if they would be reliably stated (if they are not hyperbole).

He's not invulnerable to blunt force. He is simply resistant to it. He is not immune to taking damage from punches and bullets and his blunt durability works similarly to how our durability page lists tiers. Characters that are weaker or equal to Luffy with have a hard time hurting him regardless. What you're saying would suggest that he'd be able to shrug off punches from Superman and vastly superior characters in fiction when he has taken damage from Lucci's punches pre time-skip.

The speed feat was aim-dodging, even if you were to argue it not to be an outlier. Luffy has precognition via Kenbushoku haki, and that would have allowed him to act before the attack even commenced. I would not be willing to accept a dodging speed feat for kenbushoku haki users unless they were caught off guard.

Its obvious that luffy doesn't have invulnerability to physical damage, he was clearly taking physical damage from pre timeskip villains.

No, those lasers arent lightspeed as they dont function as real life lasers (they explode, for example). Fictional beams arent always lightspeed. Also, those lasers were dodged pre-timeskip, which would make almost everyone relativistic at pre-skip, which would be inconsistent with... everything.
