Nah. But all of hers moves are non-lethal, go for physical combat is out of her character, and she has high resistance to soul manip.

Kaguya thinks and Lucius is frozen, incaping him for all eternity. I dont think its a stomp, Kaguya only has that one incap method to use, shes just more willingly to use it over her other stuff.
