Would Lucifer be capable of taking advantage of Dracula's weakness against holy weaponry? He is an angel after all.

Make that 4 for Dracula. Lucifer could have Holy weaponry despite being a FALLEN angel, but it doesn't make too much of a difference. People have beaten Dracula(or at least assisted) without holy weapons like the VK, and just having the Vampire Killer doesn't mean you automatically beat any major villain in the series. Julius, the strongest user of the whip in the series needed assistance to beat Dracula for good(and for his castle to be sealed with the eclipse). Trevor and the Morrises needed help to beat Dracula too. Plus, the superior Hax on Drac's side makes the whole weapon argument less of a deciding factor in the fight.
