So i overlooked a couple of Diablo's abilities, his end of the world ability denies everything, including fate manipulation, with this ability to the things he doesn't allow the ability brings the destruction of those things, even Shion's fate manipulating ability was destroyed by this ability.
Then there is his Great Wiseman ability which allows him to be able to understand his opponents abilities and how to counteract them, and even allows him to be able to steal techniques just by looking at them.
