In “Hell’s Greatest Dad,” he effortlessly manipulates reality, performing acts like generating entire environments that would be far too large to fit inside the Hotel, bringing new beings (the cultists) into existence, and instantly shifting both his and Charlie’s perception—from a moonlit forest setting to a restaurant where the forest scene, along with the two of them, exists only as a painting)

If you're creating or manipulating a liquid such as that then it should be water manipulation. Water by itself isn't even pure h20 either.

idk, but probably doesn't scale anywhere good since the size of the realm is pretty much unknown (and is definitely not 3-A) and even if it did, it would not scale to his physicals at all

Champagne is the better classification, since it was directly mentioned and made in the same song while apple juice wasn't

Probably an animation thing more than anything else, it’d be covering up Lucifer during that shot and that wouldn’t be a good shot

No? Realms are decided by size if they aren't implied to be universes or have separate spacetimes, this is likely a pocket dimension which isn't scalable as you need a definite size or somewhat of a reference.

It'd be 100% weird if the god tier (or literal god) of every verse's pages were just full of hax they have never once displayed but get them due to "narrative" and "cuz they created them" (I also think it's weird in other cases, like Zeno technically getting cooked by hit under equal speed due to no time manipulation resistance)
plus, it'd also be like us giving the Ablities of a planet to Lucifer because he created one
