If anything this just limits the effects of TSBs, since its nullification effects wore off, allowing Hiruzen to regenerate.

In addition, he wasn't reduced to a soul, his lower body is still around, meaning that this proves absolutely nothing.

Only TSBs with yy release imbued into them can negate ninjustu, that TSB didn't have any yy release.

Everyone still expects them to regenerate from the full erasure that happes a few chapters later.
