As I promised, Here it is.
Rules:
  • No smurf hax, and hax overall should be mid level(it would vary with character to character), If person would have some op hax and tons of hax overall but not using them in character (and not passively using them), he's allowed.
  • Speed is equalized until the moment it would actually be pretty equal for itself(For instance characters that are in one verse, have same speed scaling but doesn't fought canonically overall, Speaking of that).
  • Only one character per person and 2 characters per verse with consideration that characters have not canonically fought, If persons wouldn't be enough I'll let people to use one more.
  • Since Low-7-B is so awesome that the max AP difference would be only x6.3 Pretty much everyone in AP terms can be allowed I believe.
  • At max I expect 16 characters, if there eventually would be more, so be it. As you can see, it's not ended in 16 so we are continuing.
  • Locations also would vary at time to time, because it's fun and maybe this tournament would begin as soon as Location profiles would exist, who knows.
  • Bonus: My Hero Academia is not allowed for this tourney since there's revisions that might upgrade verse to 7-A. Give a notes if some other verse would also get a revision.

Not entering anyone but My Hero Academia Low 7-Bs should not be allowed, as they are currently undergoing revisions that may upgrade them to 7-A.

both Time Travel and Age Hax are stuff he never uses in combat. Time Travel is only used so he can get to and from the future whenever Nate calls upon him and Age Hax is just a built in feature he has which is also something he has never used in combat

Welp, that's a lot of GV characters I see.
GV2 Copen seems pretty good, the only thing that leaves a question is Elemental Intangibility, by which I guess he's Intangible against some elemental attacks(?). Not worked with that kind of Intangibility before but overall seems fine.

Uh-huh, I looked into others, Copen from GV2 seems pretty much most fine to me. If disabling for versus matches is allowed, then I'll disable Copen's pervasion, and he's in.
 
Oh yeah AZ, Petrify, and PowerNull bullcrap Greed Snatch exist, they all have their unique ways of attacking and stuff but they exist

AZ is somewhat close range, but if Copen tagged someone and they’re already in range, that could be a yikes since it would be somewhat homing

Petrify is used like, once during a specific boss fight and Greed Snatch in Phase 2 of the same fight (cuz he doesn’t wanna use it too much)
 
His type 8 is non-combat applicable as he will be teleported to his last save point upon death.

Uh-huh, looks not too op for now, but eventually maybe I'll disable something of this if I can, (cause I feel I would have to later).
