Godzilla has a 1.34x AP advantage at the start, Natsu can amp up to a 2.99x AP advantage.

Natsu usually just leads with fire punches or sometimes a ranged fire attack.
I don't know about Godzilla.

Godzilla would probably either lead with the atomic breath or simply trying to crush him. I’m not sure how potent this incarnation of Goji’s radiation is but his atomic breath’s explosive nature should still do decent damage.

Godzilla is highly radioactive and has a good regen, he also can unleash really high temperatures from his body.

Temp based stuff gets hard resisted by Natsu here, however the radiation would still be effective.

Crushing Natsu won't work either given he has the LS advantage.

Natsu is also far more mobile due to his smaller stature, ability to fly with his fire, and his acrobatic skill, which would hinder Godzilla's ability to actually hit him, Natsu also has better range options and AOE.

Natsu's flames will also do massive damage to Godzilla given they burn far higher than 200 million C in this key. And Natsu fought Zeref in this key who has better Regen than Godzilla and it wasn't an issue for him.

Natsu won't be caught off guard by the radioactive nature of his attacks either given his incredible sensing abilities.
