This is true, I am just saying that oftentimes beings that can control Space Time to such a degree are also capable of its destruction. Though, once again, this does not apply to all fictions.

And Mario RPG is not really known for consistent Lore or a Hard Magic system. It is an absurd (but great) game, really anything goes. So it is hard to really make assumptions as so little is defined.

If the space-time is on less than a universal scale, then we just go by how large the dimension was shown to be.
