Low 2-C Royale

For Rago, I'll make a more stable argument later but for now, wit that precog of his, Rago and Nemesis will first leave behind one of its spirit replicates and are then retreating to an alternate dimension/universe to let this fight club run its course for a while.

Pretty sure there was a match between Altair and Monika where Monika was winning so I don't think she wins singlehandedly. Though I think she might be one of the mass wipers.

All previous abilities plus the ones in her second tab.

In that case why doesnt it say "all previous abilities at higher levels"? Usually thats there to note the stronger forms of someone have the same abilities otherwise they dont. Its probably just a small mistake.

Since Animedude's plot manip is in character, FSM can take him out via BFR. Monika, however, stomps him.
 
100% sure Master Hand and Skeletor will lose to characters with plot manip
