Low 2-C Galactus?

He never did, but in an alternate future "time bubble" story, Reed Richards theorised that Galactus would eventually consume not just the universe, but the entire timeline.

So we buy that theory as a qualification for Low 2-C Galactus? Because (according to Marvel wiki) "Twenty years later, Galactus gathered so much mass that he warped space and time around him to such an extent that it created a time bubble. The time bubble prevented time travel before and after, extended across other time lines, and threatened to destroy the entire universe."

It says Low 2-C when exceptionally well-fed, which is accurate.

Yes. He has also stood up to Celestials in a story wherein they were equal to Franklin Richards, who could create universal space-time continuums from scratch.
