Altair lacks godly regen + high conceptual manipulation (Hircine is outside of time and abstract concepts) + higher dimensional existence (Hyperagonal existence).
Hircine pretty much wins if you just compare the profile.

I was saying she is below Hircine in that aspect. Even a Dremora Lord in Skyrim has true godly regen.

Type 9 due to being the aspect of a powerful 6D entity with Godly regen means Altair can't do anything here.
Even incapacitation-based hax is meaningless as Hircine can just bring forth another aspect.
You'd esentially have to be able to shut out interference from the sixth dimension just to isolate and kill it.
