Low 1-C Xenoverse

I have a master plan to get them to 1-C and it includes Xeno 16. How does scales it them to Low 1-C? Some of you might know but if you don't, you'll see soon enough if I get it through. I just got to make profiles first. I'll be getting a new computer to make the profiles soon.
